I currently hold a Bootcamp fitness class geared towards high metabolic strength and conditioning, using timed circuits and interval training. The beginning of class will usually begin with a hybrid form of calisthenics and active stretching, which is intended to facilitate active warm up of our cold bodies but also will increase body strength and flexibility.
